Au sein du département Achat du Groupe Valeo, tu seras formé(e) par une équipe jeune, dynamique et internationale et évolueras rapidement en compétence et en responsabilité afin de gagner en autonomie dans la réalisation de différentes tâches au quotidien.
- Gestion des demandes en fonction du calendrier du closing et des urgences du département
- Travailler avec un réseau et des interlocuteurs dans le monde entier

**Tes responsabilités?**

Contrôle Achats Groupe:

- Reporting mensuel (closing) du département Achat,
- Suivi des Plans de Performance Achats,
- Animation des réseaux Achats Business Groups / Commodités / Régions,
- Confrontation et suivi des retours Financiers sur les KPI Achats,
- Suivi des remontées d’informations (SAP) en collaboration avec le Département Informatique

Analyses Achats au niveau mondial:

- Amélioration continue des analyses mensuelles,
- Publication des indicateurs de performance et analyse des écarts (cf. budget, forecasts),
- Edition de diverses analyses liées aux facteurs externes de la performance économique (taux de change, matières premières),
- Déploiement des standards et aide à l’utilisation des ERP (PuMa : Purchasing Management, Hana )

Autres Missions:

- Gestion de projets court terme divers (MTP : Plan Moyen Terme, évolution des ERP, changements de standards ),
- Suivi des programmes (Développement Durable panel fournisseurs, V5000, Liability Insurances ),
- Gestion de relation fournisseur : suivi du rapport sur les Minerais de Conflits,
- Communication / Formation (instructions, transferts de compétences) : édition de guides et d’exemples sur des règles et sujets Achats, réalisation de modules e-learning,
- Réalisation de divers audits du réseau Achats

- Tu es étudiant(e) Bac+5 minimum (Master), issu(e) d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs
- Tu as de solides connaissances en Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) et es à l’aise avec les systèmes d’informations
- Tu es rigoureux, curieux, ayant un esprit de synthèse et d’analyse, aimant travailler en équipe. Interactions fréquentes avec les opérationnels situés dans le monde entier.
- Tu maitrises **parfaitement **le **français **et **l’anglais **.
