Your Role: Supporting Procurement Excellence
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Indirect Purchasing Buyer Apprentice to join our dynamic Purchasing department. In this role, you will contribute to the success of Valeo Service by providing essential support in non-production procurement areas such as:
- Transport & Logistics
- Storage & Warehousing
- Packaging & Materials
- Marketing & Communication
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on projects aligned with the group's procurement strategy to achieve European objectives.
- Prepare and launch Requests for Quotations (RFQs), analyze supplier offers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance through improvement plans.
- Manage purchasing information systems and contribute to their enhancement.
- Utilize essential tools such as SAP, E-Proc, PuMa, and Google Purchase Sites.
Your Profile: A Driven and Collaborative Individual
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Purchasing.
- Minimum one-year contract commitment, ideally two years.
- Strong written and verbal English skills are essential for our international work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools (Excel / Google Sheets).
- Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
