The Global Travel Retail work in close relationship with their main customers to deliver unique brand experiences in the biggest Airports and Cruises Lines across the world. In the highly dynamic environment of Travel Retail, our teams are dedicated to share and promote with passion the excellence of our Wines & Spirits portfolio.

As part of the Travel Retail Europe team (full Moet Hennessy Portfolio), you will be in charge of maximizing retail sales in Paris flagship airports (CDG & Orly), managing the related salesforce and continuously improve sales & operational efficiency.

Reporting to our Senior Key Account Manager, your main mission will be to elevate retail excellence in all stores of your perimeter.

Perimeter of the job: All stores of Paris Airports (Charles de Gaulle & Orly), excluding branded Boutiques

DRIVE SELL OUT, at Paris airports
- Define sell-out targets and KPI’s for main shops; propose action plan to improve KPI’s
- Define an implementation plan to reach sales targets for each of our brands including sales challenge, staff incentives, assortment matrix,
- Collaborate in the construction of the annual Paris plan to maximize sell out with cross team (KAM, Retail Marketing)
- Analyze monthly sales reports and provide qualitative information’s and action plan
- Ensure accurate forecast and supply for brand activations
- Follow up on activation activities and propose action plan to maximize sales
- Ensure Paris airports stores & E-retail optimized assortment and visibility for MH
- New product launches: Pilot the distribution strategy implementation at door level in collaboration
- Share ideas and successes with teams

OPERATIONNAL RETAIL EXCELLENCE, in Extime shops (W&S at airports) and in collaboration with Retail & Marketing:

- Always guarantee the highest standards of operations through strong on-field presence. (2/3 times/week presence in CDG/Orly)
- Ensure best-in class implementation of Moet Hennessy portfolio in all Extime stores via:

- Permanent branded merchandising: ownership of the retail excellence for all personalized fixtures
- Permanent generic merchandising: lead merchandising guidelines and planogramming implementation in stores in close relationship with Extime staff
- Temporary activation roll-out initiatives in both Paris airports. Implement brand quality standards for each activity
- Develop consumer experience in main stores via staff team
- Collaborate with operator to build a strong dedicated Sales Ambassadors community (operator staff ~10p):

- Co-build sales incentive plan, sales objectives and follow-up on achievement
- Propose training, coaching and development plan
- Develop a sense of community to motivate and retain people
- Monitor sales performance
- Build a close relationship with the airport/terminal/store retail management
- Share ideas to create additional opportunities for our portfolio visibility

PROFILE

**EXPERIENCE**:

- University Graduate in Business, Marketing or General Management
- 4/5 years of experience in retail management (or marketing) with supervision responsibilities
- Interest for retail and Wine & Spirits
- Travel Retail experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, and French

**SKILLS**:

- Passion for retail and fierce attention to detail

- Solution oriented and creative skills
- Strong business acumen, results oriented mind
- Willingness to take on responsibilities outside a defined job scope
