Description du poste
Dans le cadre d’une promotion interne, nous cherchons à remplacer notre Acheteur Indirect, spécialisé en achats **Bâtiments Travaux neuf et marche courante - 3PL - Equipements et prestations logistiques**.
Vous** serez le contact Achats de référence pour les projets stratégiques de Transformation de la Logistique et Manufacturing**, projet majeur pour le groupe. Vos interlocuteurs seront variés allant des membres du Comité Exécutif Groupe jusqu'aux autorités locales et publiques dans certains pays.
Vous serez également le référent sur les catégories bâtiments, équipements logistiques, et prestataires de services logistiques vis-à-vis des prescripteurs internes et de la communauté Achats.
**A ce titre, vous**:
- Définissez, optimisez, menez la stratégie sur vos catégories, en répondant aux enjeux de SOMFY sur les aspects performance opérationnelle, compétitivité, risques et création de valeur.
- Construisez et partagez la Veille Marché (inducteurs de coûts, fournisseurs, services, technologies, innovations) tout en évaluant les impacts pour SOMFY
- Définissez et optimisez le panel fournisseurs de manière régulière, tout en validant les allocations de business sur vos Catégories
- Êtes l’acheteur référent des projets de Transformation Logistique et Manufacturing**.**:
- Pilotez la relation fournisseur pour garantir la performance et identifiez des partenariats favorables avec des fournisseurs stratégiques
- Négociez les meilleures conditions et contractualisez avec les fournisseurs Panel pour assurer un bon niveau de service et lever les risques identifiés
- Animez des revues régulières avec vos prescripteurs internes pour s’aligner sur les stratégies, objectifs et plans d’actions
- Influencez de manière constructive vos prescripteurs en leur amenant de la Valeur Ajoutée
**Qualifications**:
- De formation supérieure type Ecole d’Ingénieur en Bâtiment ou formation Master Achats, vous possédez une expérience Achats significative (au min. 5 ans), dont idéalement une partie liée aux catégories à gérer sur ce poste
- Analytique et organisé(e), vous maitrisez les processus achats et êtes expert dans la négociation avec les fournisseurs. Vous êtes capable de prioriser rapidement votre travail selon les enjeux business et les aléas métiers.
- Etant très régulièrement en contact avec des fournisseurs et filiales à l’étranger, vous devez impérativement maîtriser l’anglais (B2+).
- Vous êtes un bon communicant et ouvert d’esprit, vous êtes capable d’appréhender un large réseau d’interlocuteurs avec des enjeux et problématiques diverses. Vos capacités relationnelles vous permettent en outre, de tisser et de développer des relations solides et pérennes avec vos parties prenantes.
- Agile et flexible, vous appréciez évoluer dans un environnement en mouvement, et sur un portefeuille en cours de construction.
