**Missions et activités principales**

**MISSIONS & ACTIVITES**
- **MISSIONS**

Pour le domaine Gestion d'Actifs et de Bilans, vous aurez en charge le pilotage des budgets, des indicateurs de performance du domaine et la coordination du plan projet du domaine.
- **ACTIVITES**
- Pilote le suivi budgétaire du domaine, en collaboration avec l'équipe de pilotage économique et opérationnel, le responsable de domaine et les responsables de service, et en lien avec les responsables DEI et DPI
- Mettre en place les indicateurs de performance adaptés de l'activité du domaine et en assurer le suivi en lien avec les responsables DSI, DPI et DEI
- Suivi des coøts de fonctionnement du domaine (prestataires, coøts ICDC).
- Suivi des réalisations des contrats des prestataires et des recommandations d'audit
- Elaboration du reporting à destination des métiers.
- Etablit un macro-planning des projets du domaine en collaboration avec les responsables concernés
- Contribue à la préparation des comités de domaine par métier, en collaboration avec les différents partenaires.
- Coordonne pour le compte du domaine les projets techniques (impacts et suivi)
- Actualise les reportings des projets majeurs en collaboration avec les directeurs de projet.
- Conseille et accompagne les responsables de services dans la transformation du domaine.
- Réalise des diagnostics et définit les grandes orientations du plan de conduite du changement.
- Définit des plans d'action et feuilles de route.
