**YOUR ROLE**
The FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Controller is part of the Global FP&A team of CEVA Logistics, based in Marseille. The core objectives of the FP&A team are to own and drive the budgeting and monthly re-forecast processes, own the Group management reporting, providing insightful analyses, own the Investment and Contract Approval Process (ICAP) and support the monthly business reviews between the regions / products and the Executive Board. The team also owns the CEVA Business model (5-year plan).
**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
- Support the team in the annual budget process and budget performance reviews.
- Assist the Financial Monthly Reporting (instructions, process, reports).
- Further monitor the Headcount, evolution to support financial results.
- Execute/ Automate reports on I-Cap process.
- Drive development of new analytical tools and techniques.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Educated to Master level.
- Advanced Excel user.
- Must read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize data.
