- ** Oodrive **Meet** : une solution de dématérialisation de vos réunions de gouvernance

**Ce qui vous attend**:
En rejoignant notre équipe Salesforce inégrée à la DSI Finance, vous aurez l'opportunité de participer à la structuration et à l'optimisation de la plateforme avec des enjeux de migration vers Lightning, de refonte de workflows et d'accompagnement des différent métiers dans leur utilisation de nos SI.

**Votre rôle au sein de cette équipe**:
Vous assurerez la maintenance et l’évolution de la solution Salesforce sur Sales Cloud avec environ 150 utilisateurs.

Vous aurez l'occasion de recenser les besoins auprès des Key Users, de rédiger des user stories, de réaliser des paramétrages (type : Profil, modification data modèle, mise en place de Flow, ) et des tests et d'accompagner les utilisateurs.

Enfin, vous serez à la fois l'interlocuteur principal des utilisateurs et le garant de la gestion des droits de ses derniers.

- **Rigueur & Structure**: Un Salesforce optimisé et propre est crucial dans le maintient du business d'Oodrive. En tant que garant de la bonne tenue de la plateforme, il est impératif que votre approche et vos échanges avec les utilisateurs soient structurés et rigoureux.
- ** Adaptabilité & **Esprit d’équipe**: Ayant un rôle central dans l'évolution de nos SI, vous aurez affaire à des interlocuteurs très variés, autant sur le volet technique que métier. Votre capacité à vous adapter à ces différents interlocuteurs et à leur permettre d'optimiser leur utilisation de la plateforme sera déterminante.
