is specialized in groundbreaking biomaterials based on the structural transformation of wood at the molecular level. Our
aeronautics, luxury or consumer electronics. We are here to help the industry reduce its carbon footprint by providing
alternatives to carbon-emissive materials. We strive to produce renewable materials from regenerative forestry. Woodoo
has won more than 40 major international and national awards (from MIT, World Economic Forum, Horizon H2020, Solar
Impulse Foundation ).

❷ With a technical background (production, plastics and/or composites), you have an interest in the world of bio-sourced
materials? We offer you the opportunity to participate in the in the development of an innovative and ambitious company.

**You will be responsible for our production site** and your mission will include:
à Supporting the production site in its development and structuring, with a good command of Lean Manufacturing

systems
à Putting the developed products into serial production
à Managing the production teams (less than 10 people)
à Management of the production schedule
à Management of flows and stocks
à Interfacing with customers, monitoring delivery times and schedules
à Monitoring the quality of products and processes, in conjunction with the quality manager,
à Management of production tools, machines and infrastructures
à Monitoring of the operating budget
à HSE responsibility for the site, people and practices
à Reporting to management on his or her activities
à Contribute to the evolution of the WOODOO technology through feedback

❸ YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
à With 2 to 5 years of higher education, you are capable of managing a production site and supporting its development.

To do so, you master the methods of transformation, in particular RTM injection and forming. In an innovative context,
you demonstrate practical sense and curiosity to propose improvements and optimize the performance of WOODOO
production processes.

à You bring to our dynamic and ambitious start-up your team spirit and your motivation. Professional English and French
are essential.

à You are interested in the world of bio-sourced materials and in environmental issues in general.
à You are autonomous, ready to invest yourself concretely in contact with many actors and to take up challenges, with
the desire to evolve within a company in full growth. Position based in Troyes (10).
