**Description de la mission**:
- The Kooples recherche un.e Coordinateur.rice Visual Merchandising, rattaché.e au Responsable Visual Merchandising France au sein de la Direction Marketing & VM.
- Son rôle sera de garantir l'identité visuelle de la marque et contribuer à l'optimisation des ventes.
Les missions principales seront les suivantes:
- VM Amont:
- Participer à la mise en place du merchandising des showrooms : key looks, portants, scénographie-
- Finaliser la construction des drops dans chaque collection avec les équipes achat et production-
- Construire les silhouettes vitrines et portants indoor, participer à leur validation-
- Rédiger les guidelines windows et indoor pour le réseau-
- Créer des missions Yoobic permettant de suivre la mise en place des guidelines-
- Participer à des projets transverses-
- Assurer une veille concurrentielleVM Aval:
- Participer à la mise en place des implantations de collection, des ouvertures, remodeling, pop-up

**Profil**:
- Expérience sur un poste similaire dans l'univers retail et mode ;
- Expérience terrain appréciée et maîtriser les techniques de visual merchandising;
- Avoir l’esprit d’équipe et capacité d'analyse d’indicateurs commerciaux : chiffre d’affaires, panier moyen ;
- Maîtrise d’Adobe et du Pack Office
- Maîtriser l’anglais
- Notions sur Yoobic appréciées.
