We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.

**Job description**:
Main missions:

- ** Process Documentation and Validation Support**: Help in documenting processes and supporting the validation efforts to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- ** Data Analysis for Continuous Improvement**: Perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in gigafactory processes. Support the development and implementation of solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Knowledge Sharing**: Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with relevant stakeholders.
- ** Project Coordination**: Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of continuous improvement projects. Track project progress and report on outcomes to the Process Performance Officer.

**Hard skills**:

- Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and best practices.
- Mastery of all Microsoft office tools, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
- A professional level of English and French is mandatory. Knowledge of German and Italian is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of automotive manufacturing quality systems is a plus
