**Compliance Risk Officer - H/F - Stage**

Ce stage basé à PARIS est à pourvoir pour une durée de 6 mois.

**CONCRÈTEMENT VOTRE QUOTIDIEN ?**:
En tant que stagiaire vous rejoigniez l'équipe Compliance CIB CCRM - 1LoD Supervision & Risk Management couvrant l’ensemble des métiers CIB dans une dimension internationale.

Dans le cadre de votre stage vous contribuerez activement à
- la gestion des procédures de la fonction Compliance CIB ainsi qu'aux contrôles des process y afférent, la coordination entre les différents acteurs (Conformité Groupe, territoires, business..)
- la coordination des actions de supervision des incidents historiques et potentiels générés sur le périmètre CIB ainsi que le suivi de la mise en œuvre des plans d'action qui en découlent
- la coordination des actions de contrôle sur le périmètre CIB

Vous contribuerez à l’amélioration du dispositif de contrôle permanent en assistant les équipes concernées dans la gestion des procédures, la revue, l'identification des incidents relatifs aux risques de non-conformité, la mise en œuvre des actions de data quality dans les outils de suivi et la gestion des contrôles.

Ainsi vous opérerez dans un contexte riche, au cœur des problématiques bancaires et financières. La position centrale et internationale de l’équipe permet de découvrir l’ensemble des risques de nature Compliance liés aux activités de la Banque de Financement et d'Investissement de BNP Paribas.

**LES MISSIONS C’EST IMPORTANT, L’ÉQUIPE ET L’ENVIRONNEMENT AUSSI **:
La Fonction Conformité veille à préserver le Groupe de toutes les opérations ou processus qui seraient contraires aux règles internes ou externes.

Elle assure également la mise en sécurité du Groupe en s'adaptant quotidiennement aux exigences accrues des régulateurs, des clients, de l’opinion publique.

C'est une fonction internationale que les évolutions règlementaires, géopolitiques, sociétales placent de plus en plus au carrefour de la stratégie et de l’action quotidienne de la banque et de ses clients

Au sein de Compliance CIB, vous rejoignez une équipe dynamique, « CIB CCRM », qui fait partie du périmètre COO de CPL CIB et est composée de plus de 40 collaborateurs répartis entre Paris, Londres et Lisbonne.

Plus particulièrement, l'équipe CIB CCRM - 1LoD Supervision & Risk Management est une équipe de 15 collaborateurs qui participe à de nombreux projets métier et compliance, permettant à chacun de relever des challenges variés et nourris de nombreuses interactions avec CIB (équipes transverses et métiers), la fonction Group Compliance et Group RISK ORM.

Au-delà des tâches à accomplir, vous opérerez dans un contexte riche, au cœur des problématiques bancaires et financières.

La position centrale et internationale de l’équipe permet de découvrir l’ensemble des risques de nature Compliance liés aux activités de la Banque de Financement et d'Investissement de BNP Paribas.

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac +4/5 en école de commerce, d’ingénieurs ou un équivalent universitaire avec une spécialisation en Conformité.SI 'PR' : 'Vous préparez un diplôme RNG_Prof_NivEtude en école de commerce avec une spécialisation en RNG_Prof_Spec1Autre et/ou en RNG_Prof_Spec2Autre
Votre niveau en RNG_Comp_L1 est RNG_Comp_NivL1 et RNG_Comp_L2, RNG_Comp_NivL2
Vous avez des connaissances en CompMetier (liste)
Et vous maitrisez les outils Outils (liste)
Votre adaptabilité, votre capacité à collaborer et analyser seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela, une bonne capacité d'organisation et de communication finiront de nous convaincre.
