**_Context_**_:_**
- Our Group's ambition is to be the world leader in the enzymatic recycling of PET and the biodegradation of PLA.
- Carbios has solid R&D and management skills; the operations of the demonstrator in Clermont Ferrand can be extrapolated to industrial operations.
- Our first industrial unit is planned to start in 2025.
- Carbios' positioning implies a continuous investment in technology monitoring, development and improvement of its technology.

**_Your main accountabilities_**_:_**
- Implement a competitive sourcing strategy for Europe in line with Carbios business model.
- Manage the network of key contacts in each European country;
- Monitor the development of the waste management key indicators for Carbios (growth in packaging collection rates, packaging substitution, reduction at source).
- Determine the pricing policy based on upstream and downstream market constraints.
- Monitor price trends and various indexes in order to implement a pricing policy and long-term contracts.
- Ensuring supply to the reference plant over the period 2025-2030;
- Secure and formalize flakes volumes from packaging in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium in cooperation with our partner Indorama;
- Manage interfaces between our customers/suppliers and Carbios internal departments (lab, industrial, legal, planning).
- Monitor competition offering similar recycling services and key stakeholders in the upstream value chain (collectors, sorters, EPR organizations, etc.).
- Master the technical and economic aspects of flake preparation technologies.

Your profile and skills_**_:_**
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent
- Experience in the field of the circular economy
- Perfect mastery of English. International experience
- Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy and development drive
- Familiar with a fast-growing, complex and matrix environment
