Vous trouverez ci-dessous les missions du poste:
- Réalise des essais et des démonstrateurs / prototypes liés au développement de nouvelles technologies et/ou matériaux, dans le respect des objectifs qualité et délai.
- Réalise la qualification des produits dans le cadre de la recherche et du développement dans le respect des objectifs qualité et délai.
- Pilote des sujets / projets dans un périmètre définis
- Élabore les plans d’expériences associés aux essais de développement, analyse les résultats et rédige les comptes rendus afin de capitaliser le savoir.
- Réalise en autonomie une partie des tests en laboratoire et sur machine.
- Rédige des rapports techniques.
- Réalise ou fait les demandes nécessaires aux contrôles de ses produits
- Forme les personnes concernées pour transférer les équipements/produits à la production
- Supporte les problématiques production dans le cadre de ramp-up (intervient sur les équipements afin d’aider à debbuger les machines)
- Propose des actions d’amélioration afin d’atteindre la qualité de produit requise. Propose des suggestions d’amélioration afin d’optimiser l’activité à son poste de travail.
- Contrôle la qualité de ces produits et assure un esprit critique sur ses propres résultats afin de garantir leur fiabilité.
