Business Development Manager

En tant que Business Developper, au sein de l’équipe commerciale France, ta mission est de transformer un ensemble de prospects en clients et de permettre à l’équipe d’atteindre et dépasser ses objectifs. Tu devras identifier, qualifier (mail et téléphone) et convaincre les prospects de mettre en place la solution LoungeUp dans leur établissement.
**\uD83D\uDE80 Ta mission, si tu l'acceptes**:
- Au sein de l’équipe "sales" tu seras en charge de contribuer à la croissance de LoungeUp
- Suivre les prospects générés par le marketing et mener des recherches pour évaluer s’ils ont un potentiel.
- Analyser les attentes et les points d’améliorations dans leur organisation pour améliorer leur gestion de la relation client.
- Identifier les décideurs clés, les personnes influentes et cartographier le compte.
- Gérer l’intégralité du cycle de vente
- Génerer upsell sur portefeuille clients
- Devenir le "boss" du CRM en l'utilisant systématiquement et en veillant à ce que toutes les données y soient correctement enregistrées.
- Partager et suggérer les idées et les meilleures pratiques avec l'équipe pour continuellement améliorer les outils et méthodes qui permettent d'assurer la croissance de LoungeUp.

- Tu as une première expérience réussie en vente de logiciels B2B d’environ 3 ans
- Tu es compétiteur(trice), tu aimes écouter, discuter et argumenter, bref tu aimes vendre
- Tu as de solides compétences en communication en français et en anglais : écrites et verbales.
- Tu aimes les défis et dépasser tes objectifs. Tu apprends rapidement et tu es très curieux(se),
- Tu as de l'énergie à revendre et l’utilises pour ouvrir continuellement de nouveaux projets / nouvelles portes pour tes prospects.
- Tu es convaincu(e) que la relation client dans l’industrie du tourisme et de l’hôtellerie peut être améliorée par le digital
- Tu as une attitude positive : très motivé(e), avec une capacité à entreprendre, créatif/créative et intellectuellement curieux(se).
