Votre rôle de Head of Middle Office for Alternative Investments and Private Equity (Head of Investment Support for Prime & Alts) sera rattaché au Head of Investment Support for Transactions and Structured Management et vous ferez partie du département Opérations - Investment Support.

En tant qu'Head of Investment Support for Prime & Alts, vous êtes responsable de gérer l'équipe Investment Support dédiée aux expertises de gestion Prime et Secured Finance. Cette équipe Investment Support fournit des services de contrôle de portefeuille et de support à la gestion en relation avec les prestations de middle/back. Elle interagit avec la gestion ainsi que de nombreuses autres équipes au sein d'AXA IM et des prestataires externes.
AXA IM est un gérant d'actifs international offrant des stratégies d'investissement multiples:
- L'équipe Prime gère plus de 30 milliards d'euros, investis sur des fonds de marché privé et de fonds spéculatifs.
- L'équipe Secured Finance, au sein de Alts Structured Finance gèrant plus de 50 milliards d'euros, investit sur des crédit alternatifs comme les actifs titrisés (CLO et ABS) ou les titres assuranciels (ILS).
Ces stratégies d'investissements, toujours associés à une dimension d'engagement ESG, constituent une source de développement clé pour AXA IM et une source de diversification attractive pour nos clients.
Vos rôles et responsabilités:
1- En tant que manager
- Superviser et diriger des activités opérationnelles, documenter et assurer le respect des processus
- Gérer la relation avec les clients internes (équipes de gestion Prime et Secured Finance chez Alts), répondre aux besoins, contribuer au développement business en apportant des solutions
- Encadrer et développer les membres de l'équipe. Maintenir un bon esprit d'équipe. Assurer la continuité de l'activité
- Développer les synergies avec les autres équipes de GCOO (Investment Support, IT, Product Engineering, Référentiel Data, Reporting) et les prestataires externes
- Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord avec des KPIs pour suivre la qualité de service (complétude, délai, fiabilité)
- Revoir régulièrement les processus afin d'optimiser l'alignement, les coûts et réduire les risques
2- Avec l'équipe, et en fonction des portefeuilles
- Être le point de contact privilégié des gérants sur les demandes / incidents en lien avec les opérateurs de middle/back office tels que les comptables, dépositaires, transfert agents ou autres prestataires externes
- Contrôler et valider les NAVs comptables, incluant le rapprochement avec les données front office et dépositaire (cash & titres), le respect des standards de valorisation et le suivi des frais
- Assurer la qualité quotidienne des positions (cash & titres) et de leur valorisation, dans l'outil front Simcorp avec l'oversight de la délégation du middle office à State Street, ou avec des réconciliations dépositaires (balance, transactions)
- Selon les cas, instruire les transactions cash ou titres nécessaires
- Apporter le support opérationnel à la gestion en assurant la relation avec les tiers (comptables et dépositaires) : gestion des questions/réponses, évaluation des services
- Respecter les processus de contrôles documentés (Risk Control Framework) et auditables (certification, audit interne ou des commissaires au comptes), suivre les processus d'escalades de risques ou d'incidents
- Coordonner la résolution des incidents avec la mise en place de plan d'actions pour éviter la réoccurence
- Produire/Contrôler des reporting clients/règlementaires ou d'aide à la gestion
- Participer aux lancements et/ou fermeture des portefeuilles, ainsi qu'à la mise en place de nouvelles stratégies
- Participer aux initiatives/projets d'Investment Support, de GCOO ou des expertises Prime et Secured Finance

Nous accueillons différentes combinaisons de compétences et d'expériences:
- Formation : Université (en Finances de marché), Ecole d'ingénieur, Ecole de commerce
- Expérience prouvée en tant que leader d'équipe, de préférence dans un environnement de support opérationnel et/ou service client
- Connaissances des instruments financiers, notamment les produits structurés et les produits non cotés, ainsi que des principes de comptabilisation et de valorisation des fonds
- Exposition aux activités opérationnelles d'une société de gestion, sur la partie gestion d'actifs
