Travailler pour The Binding Site, c'est faire partie d'un groupe international Thermo Fisher Scientific. Pour notre site à Saint Egrève, nous recherchons en CDI temps plein un(e) Field Service Engineer pour la région Ile de France et Normandie.

Rattaché au Field Service Manager au sein de l'équipe FSE, vous assurez la maintenance préventive, l'installation et le dépannage des instruments du groupe en veillant à conserver la satisfaction de nos clients.

Le poste & les missions:

- Résolution de pannes complexes sur les produits de diagnostics des protéines que ce soit software, hardware ou provenant de l'utilisation. Ce grâce à une analyse de la panne, des schémas techniques et des outils de diagnostics pour identifier et résoudre efficacement le problème et réduire le temps d'immobilisation de nos clients.
- Une orientation clients vous sera demandé afin de délivrer un service efficace et de qualité. Une bonne communication avec nos clients dans le but de comprendre ses besoins, résoudre ses problèmes et leurs assurer une interaction positive avec notre entreprise.
- Des trajets quotidiens entre les différents sites clients seront nécessaire autant au niveau régional qu'au niveau national voire international. Bien que localisé sur la région parisienne, pour des raisons de service, l'ingénieur peut être amené à intervenir sur la France ou le Bénélux.
- Rendu de rapports d'intervention dans les 48h suivant l'intervention comprenant le détail de l'intervention réalisée, les pièces utilisées, et les remarques techniques éventuelles.
- Une gestion des stocks de pièces détachées et de votre planning de maintenances centrée sur la satisfaction du client pour réduire l'immobilisation de nos instruments et conserver une haute qualité de service.

Profil requis:

- Formation type Bac+3 - licence pro (école ESTBA par exemple)
- Connaissances et expérience : de 2-5 ans d’expérience en maintenance des systèmes de diagnostic in vitro
- Connaissance du monde du laboratoire
- Connaissance des bonnes pratiques d’analyse
- Maîtrise des automates d’analyse vendus par la société

Compétences essentielles:

- Capacité d’analyse et de diagnostic
- Capacité à gérer les situations critiques : savoir prendre le recul nécessaire et savoir rassurer les clients
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
- Bonne communication interne & externe
- Compréhension du système de gestion de la qualité
- Bonne maitrise de l’anglais: Les documents et l'essentiels des communications sont en langue anglaise, c'est d'ailleurs la langue de l'équipe

- Savoir être à l’écoute et savoir retranscrire
- Capacité à identifier les problèmes, à en déterminer la cause et à proposer des solutions appropriées
