Stage Assistant Event Project Manager (H/F)

- Dans un contexte d’expansion thérapeutique (Obésité, NASH, Maladies Rares ), vous prêterez main forte à notre équipe dans l’organisation d’évènements variés (congrès, stand-alone, séminaires ) à destination des professionnels de santé, des patients et de nos collaborateurs. Plus précisément, vous serez responsable:
- D’apporter un support sur la mise en place de nos évènements, de la prise de besoin en passant par sa gestion pratique sur le terrain jusqu’au suivi de satisfaction post-évènement
- D’assister à la planification de nos divers évènements tout au long de l’année
- D’apporter un soutien logistique dans la relation avec nos prestataires (acheminement des participants, hébergement, demande d’espace, restauration, mobilier, etc )
- D’apporter un soutien sur le suivi du budget (coûts liés à la réalisation des évènements)

**Qualités requises**
- Nous recherchons une personne qui:
- Suit actuellement une formation de** **niveau Bac +4/5 dans laquelle une base théorique sur l’évènementiel a été abordée
- A déjà eu une première expérience pratique de l’évènementiel (association, bénévolat ). Idéalement, vous avez déjà pu avoir une expérience en agence évènementielle
- A un intérêt pour la RSE ou l’impact environnemental
- Maîtrise les logiciels du pack Office
- Est bilingue en français. Idéalement, vous êtes à l’aise pour comprendre et vous exprimer en anglais
- A les qualités suivantes : rigueur, polyvalence, curiosité, fiabilité, forte volonté d'apprendre et capacité à travailler en équipe, complétées par une bonne autonomie

**Notre département**
- Vous ferez partie de notre département Finance & Operations et rejoindrez notre équipe Congresses & Events composée de 2 personnes. Elle s’occupe de l’organisation d’évènements variés (congrès, stand-alone, séminaires ) à destination des professionnels de santé, des patients et de nos collaborateurs sur toutes les aires thérapeutiques sur lesquelles Novo Nordisk officie. Vous aurez des interactions avec de nombreux départements internes et des interlocuteurs externes (professionnels de santé, prestataires).**Travailler chez Novo Nordisk**
