- Nous recrutons un Field Support Engineer au sein de notre équipe Customer Services basée en France.- Travailler chez Signify vous permettra de mettre en lumière votre créativité et d’évoluer continuellement tout au long de votre parcours. Soucieux d’aller toujours plus loin dans le domaine du développement durable, nous nous sommes fixé des objectifs encore plus ambitieux afin de doubler notre impact positif sur l’environnement et la société d’ici 2025.- En tant que Field Support Engineer, vous aurez pour principale mission d'accompagner les clients en avant et après-vente sur toutes les questions inhérentes aux services.- Vos missions sur ce poste-
- Gérer, suivre et analyser les demandes clients et les réclamations clients.
- Travail en collaboration avec plusieurs interlocuteurs (équipe commerciale, usines etc...).
- Analyse des échantillons produits.
- Préparation support de formation pour les équipes
- analyse et mise à jour de report SAV.
- Déplacement sur le terrain pour expertise.- Vos compétences et atouts-
- Vous avez une formation bac +4/5 type école d’ingénieur ou Université, ou Bac +2/licence avec une forte expérience dans le secteur.
- Vous avez une personnalité énergique et volontaire.
- Vous avez un esprit d'équipe avec des compétences solides en communication et en travail collaboratif.
- Vous êtes créatifs dans la résolution de problèmes.
