Un poste de Performance Process Engineer F/H vient de s'ouvrir au sein de notre site de Saint-Nazaire.

Vous rejoindrez le **Service Productivité **(3 personnes) qui a pour rôle de promouvoir ou de faire naître des initiatives afin d’apporter plus de compétitivité au site de Saint-Nazaire Ville.
Avec le support du service Finances, vous surveillez la Performance des Unités de Fabrication de Pièces Élémentaires (UAP).

Vous animez la Performance et contribuez activement à la Productivité par des actions portant sur tous les composants du coût produit.

Ces actions contribuent:

- au Plan de Compétitivité du Site et à l’atteinte des résultats opérationnels fixés dans l'Operational Plant
- à réduire la perte d'efficacité en améliorant le temps/coûts alloués aux processus de Production (analyse Valeur Ajoutée (VA) /Non Valeur Ajoutée (NVA))

Avec l’équipe multimétier (MFT) de l'UAP, vous définissez le Plan de Compétitivité et priorisez les actions d'améliorations associées (Matrice Enjeux/Efforts ou Gains vs Coûts/Difficultés de mise en œuvre).

Pour chaque Initiative majeure, vous mettez en œuvre les standards (processus/outils Project Manager) d'Airbus Atlantic afin de permettre:

- de suivre l'Avancement (validation des jalons projets - méthode LBIP+)
- de surveiller l'atteinte des Objectifs (Délai, Coût, Qualité) en assurant le Reporting régulier
- de définir l'Organisation et mettre en œuvre/piloter l'Equipe Projet (y compris les personnes provenant d'autres fonctions)
- d'évaluer les Impacts Industriels des modifications en anticipant et gérant les Risques et Opportunités.

Vous partagez les standards et les bonnes pratiques au sein d’Airbus Atlantic, capitalisez et communiquez sur ces initiatives pour transversaliser.

**Profil recherché**:
De formation Bac+2 à Bac+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience de plus de 3 ans dans un environnement industriel et dans un rôle de Chef de Projet et/ou en Lean Management.

Votre parcours vous permet de bien appréhender les différents paramètres du flux industriel et de ses composantes économiques.
Votre esprit critique vous permet de remettre en cause les solutions existantes pour les améliorer dans la maîtrise des risques (coût / délai / qualité).
Votre esprit d’initiative et votre leadership vous permettront de contribuer à l’amélioration de la productivité du site, en fédérant l’équipe projet autour d’un objectif commun.

Langues : Anglais intermédiaire (B1 minimum - pour les cadres) et Français courant.
