**# La société**:
Notre client est l'une des principales entreprises européennes dédiées à la conception, la fabrication et la vente de câbles de télécommunications et de signalisation en cuivre et en fibre optique.

Cablescom exerce son activité à Saragosse avec aussi des bureaux à Madrid, Londres et Paris. Depuis 2016, Cablescom appartient au groupe chinois Hengtong.

Conformément à la stratégie de croissance du groupe, le siège a décidé d'ouvrir un nouveau bureau à Londres et à Paris, c'est pourquoi nous recrutons un **Key Account Manager H/F pour Paris**.

**# Vos missions**:
Vous aurez la gestion des comptes clés et également le développement de nouvelles affaires au sein du marché des télécommunications en France.
- Obtenir de nouvelles affaires auprès des clients existants et des nouveaux clients.
- Servir de point de contact principal pour toutes les questions relatives à la gestion des comptes clients, tout en établissant et en maintenant des relations solides et durables avec les clients.
- Responsable de la passation des commandes, de la coordination avec les clients et les fournisseurs, ainsi que de la tenue des dossiers clients.
- Assurer un suivi élevé tout au long de l'approvisionnement, de la livraison et de l'expérience client.
- Travailler avec d'autres équipes/départements pour développer des offres précises et cohérentes.
- Superviser et développer les équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et évolutions.
- Tenir à jour une base de données clients par ses propres moyens, en effectuant des appels proactifs, en organisant les commandes et en gérant les tâches.

Profil recherché

**# A propos de vous**:

- Avoir déjà travaillé dans la gestion des comptes/la coordination de projets.
- Avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication.
- Être bien organisé et proactif dans son approche.
- Une expérience dans le domaine des câbles et des télécoms serait un avantage.
- Compétence professionnelle complète : Anglais/Français.
