**Description du poste**:
Le ou la **VP of Technology Operations** jouera **un rôle crucial au sein de la Direction Technique**, agissant comme **un pivot central** afin de faciliter la coordination et la collaboration entre diverses entités internes et externes.

Cette position nécessite **une compréhension approfondie de la partie technologique (SaaS, IT),** tout en ayant la capacité de naviguer habilement dans les complexités organisationnelles au sein d'**un environnement international**.

Le poste est basé dans les nouveaux locaux de TEHTRIS, à Pessac.

**Le ou la VP of Technology Operations aura comme fonctions principales**:

- ** Contribuer à la structuration de la Direction Technique**.

Tu assureras un rôle de conseiller pour garantir succès, qualité, agilité et performance au sein des équipes, en priorisant les projets.

Tu piloteras les opérations de la DT et tu seras garant(e) du delivery des projets et des succès associés.

Tu seras aussi garant(e) des bonnes pratiques et de leurs partages, tu guideras les différents managers dans leurs missions de développement et d'accompagnement des équipes.
- ** Assurer la coordination interne en encourageant la dynamique de collaboration inter-directions.**

Pour cela, tu devras communiquer efficacement avec l'ensemble des directions et des équipes, suivre et piloter les projets, apporter et partager avec le CTO ton regard analytique et stratégique sur les projets et activités techniques en cours.
- ** Participer à l'engagement externe de TEHTRIS**

Tu pourras être amené à représenter la Direction Technique lors d'interactions avec les partenaires, les clients, et autres parties prenantes externes.

Tu agiras en véritable référent de la Direction Techique de TEHTRIS à l'externe.
- ** Avoir un rôle stratégique et transverse**

Dans un but d'amélioration continue, tu échangeras et apporteras des recommandations et conseils au CTO.

Tu auras un regard avisé sur la gestion des risques potentiels associés aux projets et initiatives techniques en cours et à venir.

En comprenant les principes financiers, tu seras capable de gérer un budget et de surveiller et/ou planifier les dépenses associées.

Ce poste stratégique au sein de TEHTRIS te permettra de collaborer avec de nombreux interlocuteurs internes et externes. Le tout dans un environnement convivial, challengeant, international et dynamique.

**Profil recherché**:
Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur (ou équivalent), tu justifies **d'une vingtaine d'années d'expérience** lors desquelles tu as acquis de solides connaissances dans les environnements IT & SaaS.

**Tu as déjà assuré et réussi un rôle de manager d'une équipe d'ingénieurs **et tu souhaites travailler dans l'environnement très dynamique et challengeant d'une **scale-up en forte croissance**.

**Excellent(e) communicant(e), tu es reconnu(e) comme un(e) véritable "Problem Solver" avec un fort esprit d'équipe et tu disposes d'un leadership collaboratif.**

La compréhension de la cybersécurité est un potentiel atout pour ce poste, mais tu as surtout un réel attrait pour les environnements très techniques.

Tu as l'habitude de **gérer des projets**, de planifier et d'utiliser les outils d'analyse pertinents pour chaque situation.

Tu es à l'aise avec **les méthodologies agiles** et Devops, la vente de services en mode Saas.

Tu es familier(ère) avec l'analyse de risque et l'analyse des données.

Tu as déjà travaillé dans des environnements normés et tu connais les Réglementations de l'Industrie (par exemple: ISO 270001, ISO 9001 etc..).

Tu maîtrises parfaitement **le français et l'anglais**, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et tu es enthousiaste à l'idée de **travailler dans un contexte international.**

**Basé(e) idéalement en région bordelaise, tu es présent(e) régulièrement dans les locaux à Pessac auprès des équipes.**

Des déplacements sont à prévoir dans le cadre de ce poste.
