Le groupe SPB conçoit et gère des offres d’assurance et d’assistance pour les produits et services du quotidien (banque, télécom, distribution, mobilité, voyage, énergie, équipement de santé). Le groupe SPB est également spécialisé dans la réparation, le reconditionnement et le recyclage de produits électroniques via sa filiale Save (+200 magasins).
Fondé en 1965 et présent dans 16 pays, SPB s’adresse aux entreprises (conception d’offres en marque blanche) ainsi qu’aux particuliers (gestion de sinistres).
Ses 1 200 collaborateurs sont mobilisés chaque jour autour de 3 valeurs : innovation, excellence et intégrité.
Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons:
**Un(e) Chief of Staff H/F**
**Poste en CDI basé à Paris La Défense ou au Havre (Siège Social) avec déplacements réguliers entre les deux sites.**
En tant que Chief of Staff, vous serez le bras droit du Directeur Général Assurances France de SPB. A travers vos qualités d’analyse stratégique, d’organisation et de leadership, vous participez aux projets clés de l’entreprise et accompagnez sa transformation.
**Vos missions**:
- Assister le Directeur Général dans la mise en place et la bonne exécution de la gouvernance globale de l’entreprise,
- Participer au comité de direction générale en tant que membre permanent,
- Revoir et optimiser les processus internes, mise en place de KPI’S pour améliorer la performance opérationnelle,
- Vérifier que les missions, la vision globale, les principes fondamentaux sont bien compris, exécutés et clairement communiqués auprès des différentes équipes,
- Construire des présentations claires, à destination des équipes internes (membres du Comité Exécutif principalement), comme des actionnaires,
- Jouer un rôle de facilitateur et s’assurer que la responsabilité est correctement attribuée entre les directions et départements,
- Identifier de manière proactive toutes les opportunités qui pourrait apporter de la valeur ajoutée ; développement et mise en œuvre d’OKR (Objectifs et Résultats Clés).
**Votre profil**:
Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce ou d’une école d’ingénieur, vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle réussie en analyse stratégique idéalement auprès d'une direction générale et/ou au sein d’un cabinet de conseil en stratégie. Vous avez déjà eu l'occasion de piloter des projets complexes et variés (business, organisationnel, finance, juridique )
Doté(e) d’excellentes capacités de communication, de fortes compétences analytiques, d’une forte capacité de synthèse et d’un esprit entrepreneurial, vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel challengeant, en forte transformation.
Anglais souhaité.
