To ensure our dynamic growth, we are looking for:
**Warehouse Operations Manager (M/F/d) for France**

Your tasks:

- Ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding health & safety, regulatory and hazardous materials, as well as internal policies and procedures;
- Managing the daily operation of the warehouse in order to ensure required service levels;
- Ensuring all staff is appropriately trained on all aspects applicable to run a compliant and safe operation;
- Proactively responding, with a sense of urgency, analyse and resolve business and customer issues;
- Developing, completing reports and analysis on shipping efficiency, coordinate and schedule shipment of customer orders from the warehouse;
- Closely work together with other departments to pursue an overall cost effective and efficient integrated supply chain;
- Ensure consistent and clear communication with the management;
- Other duties assigned by the manager.

Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management or a similar role.
- Experience leveraging problem-solving and data analysis skills to drive high judgement decisions.
- communicative (B2) English, German or Polish

Preferably:

- You have experience in the automotive industry
