**Job Description Summary**: As part to of the GE Offshore Quality team, we are actively seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager to support the offshore project team in the project execution of GE offshore project.

En tant que membre de l'équipe de qualité de GE Offshore Wind, nous recherchons activement un Responsable Qualité projet expérimenté pour soutenir l'exécution d’un projet offshore wind de GE.

**Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control**
- Establish and ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan
- Organise Project gate reviews.
- Drive the implementation of the Quality Strategy to optimize the use of resources consistent with the overall targets and established objectives.
- Define and ensure the implementation of the Project Inspection & Test Plans
- Coordinate the delivery of the Quality Contractual Documentation as per the Project Document Delivery Schedule.
- Analyse Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are defined and applied.
- Ensure that Return of Experience of similar projects is taken into account.
- Recommend, request and implement actions for improvement to prevent non-conformities and improve process performance.
- Measures, analyses and reports Project KPI’s (NCR, CopQ, CC, ECN’s)

**Assurance qualité et contrôle qualité projet**
- Établir et garantir la mise en œuvre du plan de qualité du projet ;
- Organiser les revues de projet ;
- Piloter la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de qualité afin d'optimiser l'utilisation des ressources conformément objectifs établis ;
- Définir et assurer la mise en œuvre des plans d'inspection et de test du projet ;
- Coordonner la livraison de la documentation contractuelle qualité conformément au calendrier contractuel ;
- Analysez les rapports de non-conformité (NCR) et s’assurer que les actions correctives et préventives sont définies et appliquées ;
- S’assurer que le retour d'expérience de projets similaires est pris en compte ;
- Recommander, demander et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration afin de prévenir les non-conformités et d'améliorer les performances des processus ;
- Mesurer, analyser et rapporter les indicateurs clés de performance du projet (NCR, CoPQ, CC, ECN).

**Customer Quality Interface**
- Quality Voice of Customer
- Agree with Customer the Project Inspection & Test Plans;
- Point of contact of customer for all queries and demands in terms of quality
- Organizes, coordinates and allocates resources to support the customer quality inspections at GE facilities and subcontractors
- Analyses and follows the Customer Complaints
- Follows up the project critical NCRs and ensures no affection to final customer

**Interface client de qualité**
- Valider avec le client les plans d'inspections et de tests du projet ;
- Point de contact du client pour toutes les questions et demandes en termes de qualité ;
- Organiser, coordonner et allouer les ressources pour soutenir les inspections de qualité des clients dans les installations et les sous-traitants de GE ;
- Analyser et suivre les retours des clients ;
Assurer le suivi des NCR critiques du projet et veiller à la satisfaction finale du client.

**Project certification (in case a project certification is required)**
- Point of contact of the project certifier
- Coordinates the activities of project certification (inspections, documentation delivery ) with concerned department (Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, Installation, Commissioning)

**Certification du projet (au cas où une certification de projet serait requise)**
- Point de contact du certificateur de projet ;
- Coordonner les activités de certification du projet (inspections, supports de documentation...) avec le département concerné (ingénierie, fabrication, fournisseurs, installation, mise en service).

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

- More than 5 years of experience in Advance Quality Planning
- More than 3 years of experience leading Project Quality Teams
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 and Quality Audits
- Knowledge of Problem Solving Methodologies and Tools
- Experience in Offshore projects would be a plus
- Advanced level of English and French
- MS Office basic competencies
- Customer oriented
- Results oriented
- Skilled to work on an international environment
- Sense of urgency

**Compétences et qualifications professionnelles**
- Expérience dans la planification préalable de la qualité et management d’équipes de qualité projet ;
- Connaissance de la norme ISO 9000 et des audits de qualité ainsi que des méthodologies et des outils de résolution de problèmes ;
- Une expérience dans des projets offshore serait un atout ;
- Anglais et français requis, orienté client et résultats ;
- Aptitude à travailler en environnement international ;
- Sens des priorités.
