Job Requirements
** Who are we?**

We are a family owned company managing 3 franchised Hotels on the French rivera. One of them, Radisson Blu 1835 Cannes becomes Canopy, the upscale**lifestyle brand of Hilton.**Our hotel will be the first Canopy by Hilton in Cannes It will feature 142 rooms including suites and apartments. Facilities will include restaurants, bar, rooftop, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness area, spa, as well as spaces for conferences and events.

**What you will be doing?**

As an Operations Director, you will refer directly to General Manager.

You will be in charge of the overall operation of the hotel.

You will lead the room division manager, the F&B; Manager, the quality/responsible business and guest relation manager, the maintenance manager and the spa manager.

You will plan day-to-day operations of your property and reach the KPI's goals.

Your daily activities may involve conflict resolution, guiding your team to reach new aims, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will also make sure to be compliant with Canopy by Hilton brand standards and processes.

**As soon as you arrive, you will...**
- Prepare the re-opening by implementing Canopy by Hilton standards, processes and policy
- Be part of training sessions with Hilton headquarter
- Build a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance and best place to work

**Then, day to day, you will...**
- Manage the HOD and ensure that all performances are reached
- Have a strong availability (weekends, national holidays...) and be involved in the day to day operations with the teams and your guests
- Ensure the highest level of quality service, in order to be the first in the market
- Monitor and maximise the bottom GOP's line across all departments according to the General Manager' strategy
- In collaboration with the GM, build the annual business plans
- Assist in the KPI's optimisation with the respective experts
- Make sure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
- Help your team to train, learn and understand policies and practices
- Establish a relationship of trust with the teams by exercising close management
- Assure a culture of team engagement and service excellence
- Build a strong relationship in the local market, acting as an ambassador for the hotel in the community
- Guaranty all brand essentials and standards are in place and executed consistently
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

- Applied to be an "Avengers" but you changed your mind and prefer to be part of Canopy by Hilton Cannes' adventure
- Are tough in business but guests love you
- Speak french, english, as well as another language
- Are as peace as the Dalai-lama in high stressful situations
- Have a strong people leadership with track record of building engaged teams
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary as a super hero

**Hilton brand experience would be a plus :)**
