**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will join Openclassrooms Employers team.

Your goal will be to generate a maximum number of business opportunities each week by closing negotiations with medium and large enterprise prospects and working closely with the CSM team to develop a portfolio of existing clients.

**Sales Cycle Management**:
Manage the entire sales cycle for medium and large enterprises in France: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, developing the commercial proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Respond to calls for tenders and develop complex commercial proposals.
- Participate in webinars, trade shows, and edtech events.
- Evangelize OpenClassrooms within Key Accounts.

**Data Tracking**:

- Monitor Sales activity within our CRM Salesforce.
- Provide reporting that includes sales forecasts to the Director of Employer Sales Learning.

**Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create testimonials with our clients.
- Ensure handover with the CSMs to guarantee perfect implementation of the training projects you have signed.
- Become a product expert to optimize client retention and expansion by working closely with the Customer Success team
- Relay customer feedback to the product team.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Proficiency in B2B sales techniques, with experience in closing deals.
- Ability to manage a sales cycle from A to Z, from prospecting, needs assessment, to closing the opportunity.
- Experience in managing opportunities with strategic prospects/clients (Directors or C-Levels).
- Experience in closing major accounts.
- Excellent track record & ability to consistently exceed targets.
- Ability to manage and close multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A strong interest in learning and acquiring new sales methods.
- Fluent in French and in English (C1 or C2 level).
- Bonus: experience in the professional training sector.
- Bonus 2: experience in a start-up / scale-up environment.

You will be joining the Employers Sales team, consisting of 6 individuals and led by Corentine Grisard (Director of Employers Sales).
