Notre mission est d’apporter des avancées thérapeutiques et technologiques qui changent la vie des patients. Pour cela, nous concentrons nos efforts sur des besoins médicaux non couverts. Nous centrons notre stratégie et nos priorités sur les apports de la science pour ouvrir de nouvelles voies de prévention et de traitements dans 6 aires thérapeutiques : l’oncologie, l’immuno-inflammation, les vaccins, les maladies rares, les maladies cardiovasculaires et métaboliques et les maladies infectieuses. Chaque jour, Pfizer s’emploie à trouver, avec ses partenaires, des solutions qui contribuent à traiter les maladies, mais aussi à améliorer la prise en charge des patients et leur qualité de vie.

Responsable communication corporate externe

En tant que membre de l’équipe communications externe Pfizer France, vous avez la responsabilité de promouvoir l’image de Pfizer et de préserver sa réputation. Ce rôle polyvalent nécessite une très bonne expertise en communication externe, en relations médias, médias sociaux ainsi que de très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et une capacité à gérer des priorités, des situations d’urgence et de crise.

RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS
- Développer et faire connaître auprès des médias et des institutions l’engagement de Pfizer France pour en faire un puissant levier de différenciation.
- Valoriser Pfizer en France, affirmer notre solidité, notre capacité à réaliser notre mission de développer des innovations qui changent la vie des patients.
- Collaborer avec toutes les fonctions et les équipes internes afin d’assurer le conseil stratégique et la réalisation opérationnelle des projets de communication corporate externe.
- Être à l’écoute de notre environnement économique, social, politique, scientifique pour agir et réagir chaque fois que cela sera nécessaire ou qu’une opportunité se présentera.
- Accompagner de façon opérationnelle les prises de parole dans les médias, les événements, assurer la rédaction des messages, et la préparation des interlocuteurs, être en interaction avec les journalistes et assurer le suivi.
- Assurer une synergie étroite avec l’équipe Affaires Publiques et avec l’équipe digitale pour assurer une communication à 360°.

EXPÉRIENCE ET ÉDUCATION
- Bac+5 communication, Celsa, IEP, Ecole de commerce ou scientifique
- 2- 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans des postes comparables, dans une entreprise en ou une agence
- Expérience confirmée dans l’élaboration de plans de communication multicanaux, y compris les canaux numériques et les médias sociaux
- Capacité importante à travailler en collaboration avec toutes les fonctions d’une organisation matricielle
- Connaissance et compréhension du système de santé
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
