**Fed Finance Assurance, cabinet spécialisé en recrutement et intérim pour les métiers de l’Assurance, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un cabinet de courtage spécialisé dans les assurances de personnes présent en France et à l’International : Project Manager Officer H/F**
**Votre fonction**:
Dans le cadre d’un CDI situé dans le 8e arrondissement de Paris sur l’avenue des Champs Elysées, vous intégrerez la Direction Gestion et vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable Performance Opérationnelle.
La mission principale sera de contribuer à l’excellence opérationnelle des services internes et à améliorer l’expérience client.
Votre mission:
- Aide au déploiement de l’organisation d’un nouveau site (ouverture d’un bureau à l’International en 2024) ;
- Pilotages de sites existants (en France et à l’International) ;
- Participer à un projet de migration SI avec l’implémentation d’un nouvel outil ;
- Elaborer et au suivre le budget à partir de l’analyse des flux et des évolutions de l’entreprise et du marché ;
- Prendre part à des activités de contrôle interne et d’audit interne (appels mystères, contrôles de traitements, performance de contrôles managériaux, etc.)
**Votre profil**:
Profil recherché:
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en Gestion de Projets, idéalement dans le secteur de l’assurance ;
- Excellent relationnel, proactif, autonome et bonnes capacités analytiques ;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (EXCEL/PPT).
