Présent dans les 10 plus grandes villes de France, Numbr est un réseau de cabinet d’expertise comptable qui casse les codes de la compta, qui démystifie la création d’entreprise et rend la fiscalité sexy. Et oui, pour y parvenir, il nous faut du beau monde, des idées et une capacité d’exécution aux petits oignons.

**1.1** **Missions****:
Au sein de l’équipe formation, ton rôle sera d’assurer la gestion des connaissances au sein de l’entreprise. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les dirigeants, les collaborateurs et l’équipe des Ressources Humaines afin de développer un projet global et central qui permettra à tous d’accéder à l’information.
Tu seras en charge de:
- Identifier, regrouper et stocker les informations afin de mettre en place les meilleurs outils permettant de les partager
- Former les collaborateurs et différents acteurs aux outils de gestion des connaissances
- Créer et enrichir une cartographie des experts métiers et des compétences présentes au sein de la structure
- Nous conseiller vis-à-vis de la gestion des connaissances au sein de l’entreprise
- Suivre les tendances relatives au secteur du Knowledge Management et au monde des technologies de l’information et de la communication
**1.2** **Profil****:
- Tu es issu(e) d’une Formation Master 2 (école de commerce ou universitaire) avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines.
- Tu as au moins 2 ans d’années d’expérience.
- Tu as une Première expérience en Knowledge management obligatoire.
- Tu as des Connaissance dans le domaine de la formation
- Maitriser des logiciels pour la formation, e-learning est un plus
- Tu as le Sens de l’écoute
- Des Qualités analytiques et de synthèse seront nécessaire
- Tu es Autonome, Motivé(e) et dynamique
