We have a new vacancy for an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager responsible for developing and managing relationships with the Avnet EMEA Speedboats (SB) across the South European region.

As a Channel Sales Manager you will manage the performance of the SB’s, driving sales growth, demand creation development, setting budget goals, regional objectives and review the agreed KPI’s on a regular basis. You will work in close collaboration with the wider EPG, NEXT & Display teams, supporting marketing activities, supplier campaigns, training & sales events / promotions. Ensuring a high presence and share of mind across all SB business units, positioning Avnet Embedded as their No.1 supplier.

What you will do:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with all the key SB stakeholders and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
- Deep understanding of Avnet Embedded value proposition, ensuring this is clearly articulated to the SB’s.
- Close collaboration and alignment with the SB regional management, sales and FAE teams.
- Agree and manage regional SB budgets, objectives & business plans.
- Management of design registrations & project pipeline.
- Measure and manage the performance of the SB, using metrics such as sales, performance to sales budget, demand creation activity, design wins and design win revenue.
- Regular business reviews with the SB regional teams, including rigorous follow-up of key actions, etc.
- Alignment with the regional SB stakeholders to proactively develop and drive strategies and initiatives that will deliver business growth.
- Close collaboration with all key stakeholders within the EPG, NEXT and Display organizations.
- Initial point of escalation to resolve conflicts and challenges within the SB’s.
- Attend industry shows & events with the SB’s to promote Avnet Embedded and build relationships.

What we are looking for:

- 3-5 Years experience in Channel Sales or Regional Sales Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
- Good understanding of the embedded market
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management / CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to key stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and results driven.
