**Your mission**:
Working within the Finance department and reporting to the Head of Commercial controlling, the Sales Controlling Manager acts as a Business Partner to the Sales teams in their day-to-day activities, creating the management tools needed to measure performance, and animating a team of 2 people.

In your function, you'll have the following responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly closing of Net Revenue, Trade Investment and Promotional Investment.
- Active participation in the construction of annual plans and forecasting.
- Business partnering of Sales team to maximize Trade Investment, improvement of ROI.
- Support Sales team in customer negotiations (Pricing, Trade conditions).
- Custodian of Sales internal controls by ensuring compliance with policies.
- Ensure Balance Sheet integrity.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Directors to achieve objectives, supporting strategy and execution of key projects.
- Lead and present regular financial reports to General Managers and Commercial Directors, with a focus on risks and opportunities.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis.
- Work as a team with other controllers to develop new tools and systems aimed at improving performance
- People development of two sales analyst.

**Your profile**:

- Graduated from a leading business school or university, you have +7 years of experience in commercial controlling, ideally acquired in the consumer goods sector.
- Rigorous and analytical, you have excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively in a team. You have excellent communication skills and are able to make proposals.
- You are at ease with financial information systems, and have a perfect command of Excel. A good knowledge of SAP and power BI is a big plus.
- Last but not least, you speak English, which enables you to work in an international environment.
