**What will be your mission ?**
As a
**Senior Security Engineer** at JobTeaser, you'll be part of the Security Team and you will be reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer.
You will serve as the guardian of all JobTeaser SaaS assets & services and own the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and traceability of all information processed by our SaaS systems. As a result, you'll maintain & execute the security roadmap for our company.
Within the Infrastructure tribe, you'll be tasked with advancing the company's information security vision, and in charge of building & maintaining defense mechanisms to protect JobTeaser and its users from security threats.
You must advocate for security to all those you'll be working with on a daily basis, developers, infrastructure engineers, support engineers and product managers, and are expected to help build JobTeaser's defenses.
To ensure that our products and data remain safe, you will be working together with the devops & software engineering teams to integrate security into our engineering practices, and with the internal IT and legal departments to manage all security issues that might arise.
Your main duties will be to:
- Develop or integrate technical solutions and new security tools to detect security vulnerabilities, suspicious events and incidents
- Develop and automate response plans to security vulnerabilities and incidents
- Engineer, enforce and monitor security best practices, measures and education across the entire JobTeaser company
- Stay on top of security news and technologies, and propose security changes within the company
- Participate to security conferences and represent JobTeaser on security topics at Tech meetups
**Qualifications**
**Who are you?**
**Hard skills**
- 3+ years of experience as a Security Engineer, ideally including an experience in an international fast-paced SaaS vendor company
- Practical experience integrating and maintaining cybersecurity solutions (like SIEM, EDR, Intrusion Detection System, vuln scan, WAF, WAS) and developing / automating processes (security event and incident management, vuln management) preferably applied on a Cloud based information system
- Excellent understanding of Cloud security principles (AWS preferred) and practices and Infrastructure As Code environment (DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipeline)
- Enthusiast for scripting and eager to automate. Proficiency in using development tools: git, at least one scripting languages, Go & Ruby are a plus

- Software mostly written in Ruby and Go, running on Kubernetes clusters
- CI/CD using CircleCI and Github Actions
- SaaS platform hosted on AWS, provisioned using Terraform
- Backend environment: PostgreSQL, Kafka, gRPC
- No On-Prem footprint in the company
