Nous recherchons actuellement un Knowledge Manager UK (H/F) pour un client grand compte.
Mission:
Documentation et transfert de connaissances complets:
- Saisir et consolider les informations essentielles sur les processus, la documentation technique et les flux de travail
- Mener des entretiens, examiner les documents existants et observer les flux de travail afin de recueillir des informations essentielles.
- Examiner les systèmes de gestion des connaissances et collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour les mettre à jour si nécessaire.
- Veiller à ce que les informations soient facilement accessibles et compréhensibles.
Transfert de connaissances et formation:
- Concevoir et animer des sessions de formation, des ateliers et des événements de partage des connaissances pour les contractants sortants et les nouveaux employés.
- Contrôler l’efficacité de ces activités et procéder aux ajustements nécessaires pour optimiser le transfert des connaissances.
- Élaborer, avec les membres de l’équipe concernés, du matériel de formation, des ateliers et des séances de partage des connaissances sur mesure.
- Faciliter les réunions de transfert et mettre en place un mentorat pour le transfert direct des connaissances.
Collaboration, communication et gestion du changement:
- Assurer une communication claire et opportune entre les équipes et les parties prenantes
- Assurer la coordination avec les chefs de projet, les chefs d’équipe et les parties prenantes pour garantir un transfert de connaissances et une intégration sans heurts
- Fournir une méthodologie/des cadres, une planification et un soutien continu pour répondre aux exigences et atténuer les risques, le cas échéant.
- Participer à la définition du processus d’entretien et d’intégration des nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
Suivi et rapports d’avancement:
- Suivre les progrès des activités de transfert et de gestion des connaissances, en utilisant des indicateurs clés de performance et des mesures de performance.
- Rendre compte régulièrement de l’avancement des travaux aux parties prenantes et traiter tout écart par rapport au plan du projet.
- Établir des indicateurs de performance clés, suivre les progrès et en rendre compte.
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des processus de contrôle de la qualité afin de garantir des normes de travail élevées.
Rythme : Min 3 à 4 jours de présentiel
Profil:
Anglais courant obligatoire
Connaître les modes opératoires pour transfert de compétences entre 2 départements/divisions
Accompagner les équipes dans les process
Compétences sur Cloud, dev, SMO mais seraient un gros plus
