Grâce à l’expertise de ses hommes et à la maitrise de savoir-faire multiples qui font la différence, EFI, équipementier automobile global de plus de 85 ans, crée des solutions technologiques innovantes pour relever les défis de la mobilité en rendant les véhicules plus écologiques, plus sûrs et plus confortables.
Dans un contexte de transformation et de croissance de notre activité, la Direction R&D recherche un(e) Technical Product Leader.
**MISSIONS**
En tant que Technical Product Leader, vous êtes garant(e) du développement technique des produits et de leur validation.
A ce titre, vous organisez et pilotez les activités de développement produit de la définition technique jusqu’à la validation, selon les exigences du cahier des charges clients et le planning projet défini. Vous participez aux Jalons et pilotez les pré-Jalons projet en vous assurant du remplissage régulier du WorkPackage par les équipiers techniques. Vous anticipez les risques techniques et mettez en œuvre les solutions appropriées (AMDEC).
En tant que membres de la Core Team, vous rapportez au Chef de Projet Client tout dysfonctionnement pouvant impacter le projet en termes de délai, coût, qualité sur votre périmètre.
Vous représentez le Chef de Projet Client et le client auprès des métiers du périmètre développement produit et vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié(e) du client sur la partie développement produit.
Votre rôle est également de participer à l’amélioration du métier en étant force de proposition et en prenant part aux plans de progrès des métiers. En capitalisant sur les échecs et les réussites des développement produit et en tenant à jour une base de connaissance, vous êtes acteur(rice) de l’amélioration continue de nos méthodes de travail.
**PROFIL**
De formation ingénieur technique, vous avez de l’expérience en gestion de projet. Vous avez une bonne connaissance du développement de produits avec électronique embarquée (HW et SW). Vous maitrisez les outils AMDEC et résolution de problème. Reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, vous avez une réelle aptitude au management fonctionnel. Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vos capacités d’observation et d’analyse, votre esprit de synthèse et votre bon relationnel seront des atouts indispensables à votre réussite.
Un niveau d’anglais courant est requis pour ce poste et une seconde langue serait un plus.
