**What You'll Do**:

- Support Talent Management processes (Talent Review Cycle and succession planning, yearly performance assessment, goal setting ),
- Support Talent Management program such as the Leadership Journey (Top Talent),
- Support the Talent management team in the implementation of Talent & Performance management processes in our HRIS (Workday),
- Support the Talent management team on quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessing key indicators to improve our programs,
- Provide support and share information with the People Team & Managers on Talent programs,
- Contribute to the change management part induce by Talent programs by communicating and supporting key stakeholders in these changes (change in process, tool, approach ),
- Help design and implement the different communication strategies (to employees and to People Team).

**Who You Are**:

- Curious and raising an interest in talent management and human resources,
- Proactive mindset, not afraid of raising questions, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges,
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion,
- At ease with data and enjoying solving problems,
- You can build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with,
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team,
- Very good level of English,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
