- Rejoignez le Groupe Air France KLM au sein des équipes commerciales du numéro deux mondial de la Maintenance aéronautique, en tant que Account Sales Manager (ASM) pour la région Europe & Key Accounts.- Le rôle d’ASM consiste en l'optimisation de la vente de solutions MRO et la gestion de la relation avec les interlocuteurs clé de son portefeuille de clients (Directeur Technique, COO, CFO, CEO), lequel est composé d’entreprises clientes stratégiques, essentiellement situées en France (dont Corse et Polynésie Française), mais également en Europe.- Il offre ainsi non seulement la possibilité de vendre l’intégralité des produits offerts par AFI KLM E&M (Moteurs, Equipements, Airframe, APU, Aérostructures); pour atteindre le budget annuel défini avec le VP, ainsi que la stratégie de portefeuille et celle correspondant à chacun de ses comptes, dans le respect des règles de Trade Compliance.- Par ailleurs, en tant qu'ASM, vous fédérerez les équipes en interne (Juridique, BUs, Credit Management, Technical Sales) afin de fournir une offre adéquate pour répondre à des appels d 'offres ou proposer des offres spontanées correspondant aux besoins des clients.- En plus de la responsabilité de votre portefeuille client, vous contribuerez à des projets de la “sales excellence journey” que développe la division commerciale pour maintenir notre position de leader du MRO.- Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devrez:
- avoir une expérience commerciale confirmée dans le secteur du MRO,
- connaître tout ou partie des produits,
- savoir faire preuve d’initiative,
- travailler de manière indépendante,
- La performance sera mesurée principalement sur le succès des ventes réalisées (prime de vente annuelle).- Le poste est basé à Roissy. Télétravail occasionnel possible.- Déplacements 1/3 du temps maximum.- Le poste implique la gestion de sujets complexes, et ouvre à des possibilités d’évolution au sein de notre groupe en France ou dans le monde.- N'hésitez pas à nous rejoindre **Profil recherché**:
- Diplôme universitaire Technique / Aéronautique, ou Ecole Supérieure de Commerce
- 5+ ans d’expérience, idéalement dans la vente de solutions complexes comme le sont les solutions MRO
- Expérience de vente MRO (Moteur, APU, Equipement, et/ou Avion)
- Forte orientation client
- Organisation / sensibilité multi culturelle
- Esprit d'équipe
- Excellentes capacités de présentation et communication
- Intégrité, intelligence sociale et émotionnelle
- Sens politique / diplomatie
- Charisme, énergie, attitude positive
- Capacité à travailler avec un haut niveau d’autonomie
- Adaptabilité
- Français impératif. Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire.
