DBI headquarter is in Rueil-Malmaison, greater Paris area, with subsidiaries across Europe (DACH, Italy, Iberia, Eastern Europe). Its Supply Chain center (manufacturing and logistics) is based in Autun, Burgundy, where more than 5 billion tights have been produced since DIM was founded

To accompany us in this adventure, we are looking for our future **DBI Retail Vice President (M/F)** based in DBI Headquarter in Rueil-Malmaison, Paris area, France.
**Key responsibilities**:
Deliver the Retail P&L through profitable growth of Retail operations, and omni-channel expansion, fostering the Retail transformation of DBI. The job is based in Rueil-Malmaison (France) with extensive travel in Europe and North America.
**Scope**:
- Retail, Lovable Retail. Direct operations in Italy, France, Spain & international operation across Europe.
- 52.2M€ (DIM France 22,4M€ ; Lovable Italy 29,8M€)
- Number of stores 550 (including franchises) - DIM 161, Lovable 389
**Main accountabilities**:
- Defines and rolls out the Retail strategy and transformation and develop Retail share of the business.
- Delivers budget targets in terms of NS, OP, Inventory, maximizing the impact of the Retail CAPEX and managing allocated SG&A, and drives a culture of result focus and continuous improvement.
- Leverages the omni-channel approach to enhance customer experience.
- Develops the store network identifying and executing new openings in line with budget, renews existing store consistently with the agreed store design concept, coordinates all store opening and refurbishment project plans. Regularly reviews store direct profitability and propose corrective actions to increase it.
- Develops the brand equity for the assigned brands in coordination with marketing and the wholesales leaders, managing an impactful and profitable retail assortment.
- Implements the best shopping experience and fosters the brand and DBI image in store. Tracks and improves Retail KPIs.
- Leads and develops the Retail teams into a world-class organization, leveraging on internal best practices. Attracts the best talent; evaluates and develops the teams' skills and customer focus in conjunction with HR, nurtures employees' engagement.
- Is responsible to promote a safe Retail working environment (risk assessment, incident/accident investigation, reporting, training), in compliance with OHS regulations.
**Your profile**:
- Extensive experience of sophisticated vertical retailers, ideally in fashion, experience across different categories and retailers operating models is appreciated. Working knowledge of retail real estate dynamics and store opening and refurbishment.
- Proven success in a similar role within an international multi-channel organization.
- Proven experience in designing and executing an omni-channel strategy.
- Demonstrated success in managing, leading and coaching teams.
- Outstanding knowledge of Retail KPIs and ability to drive the organization through them.
- Demonstrating strong revenue and expense management skills whilst demonstrating exceptional negotiation, presentation, leadership, time management and organizational qualities.
