Dans un contexte de forte croissance externe, Free2move, scale-up soutenue par Stellantis, recherche **un.e People Ops/ Admin HR assistant.e **dans le cadre **d'un contrat en alternance**.**

**Vos prochaines missions**:
Sous la responsabilité de **Mariem, notre Head of People Operations**, vous participerez au développement de la fonction People Operations dans tous ses aspects administratifs HR et paie en **France et aussi pour l'international (UK, ESP, DE).**
Vous intégrez une équipe à taille humaine dans une atmosphère de travail dynamique et bienveillante où vous pourrez apprendre et travailler en autonomie sur des projets.

Plus précisément, vous participerez à:

- **La gestion administrative du personnel **(suivi des formalités d’embauche et de sorties, des visites médicales, de l'attribution des avantages sociaux, etc.)
- La préparation des **éléments variables de paie **(CP, absences maladie, variations des salaires et primes...).
- La création de** kpi** et la mise à jour de **tableaux de bord RH**:

- Le développement des fonctionnalités du **SIRH **et la mise à jour des datas HR
- L'organisation de nos sessions d'**onboarding**:

- Le déploiement logistique d'actions de** formation**
**Votre profil**:

- **Master RH **en cours d'acquisition
- A l'aise en** anglais**:

- Très bonne **expression orale et écrite en français**:

- Aisance avec le digital et dans les relations humaines
