**Missions détaillées**:
Rattachée au Directeur de laboratoire, la personne sera en charge des tâches suivantes:
- Analyser les dossiers clients complexes et intervenir chez nos clients en France ou à l’étranger pour de la mesure du conseil ou de la formation.
- Réaliser des revues de plans (seul ou avec le client).
- Mesurer les pièces de nos clients à l’aide des moyens mis à sa disposition.
- Définir l’appareil à utiliser en fonction des plans (MMT, mesure conventionnelle, machine optique 2D, profilomètres, rugosimètre).
- Contrôle de pièces industrielles : analyser des plans (2D) et construire la gamme de contrôle au besoin (pour pouvoir mesurer la pièce).
- Programmer le logiciel de mesure et mettre en place le bridage de la pièce.
- Former les nouveaux arrivants et être le référent technique pour les métrologues juniors de son laboratoire.
- Rédiger et valider des rapports de contrôle avant envoi clients.
**Qualifications requises**:
- DUT Mesure physique/ Licence de métrologie ou formation génie mécanique
- 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (par exemple une alternance)
- Connaissance significative d’au moins un logiciel de mesure (PCDMIS - CALYPSO - COSMOS)
- Connaissance significative en lecture de plan, cotation ISO, surfacique, localisation GPS, tolérancement général
- Maîtrise de pack office, notamment Excel
- Aptitudes au contact client (tél/direct)
- L’anglais opérationnel est un plus
