MISSION
Within the Logistics Department, your main mission will be to ensure the operational implementation of the logistics budget and the preliminary stock
- and empty containers flow inventory for the area you are in charge of.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking into account internal ratios, you will participate in the definition of the optimal short
- and medium-term stock level for your area.
You will participate in drawing up and implementing cost reduction action plans by optimizing expenses and instigating the necessary corrective actions. As such, you will set up and monitor statistics related to the measures implemented and logistic performance indicators in your area.
Together with your contacts at Agencies and if necessary with Regional Offices, you will coordinate logistic actions to be implemented.
Finally, you will be in charge of explaining and defending operational decisions with your various in-house (lines, logistics, operations, commercial) and external (agents, partners) interlocutors.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
You have a postgraduate degree in Logistics, Transport or Trade, you speak English fluently and have good command of Office tools.
You have at least 3 years experience in logistics, operational
- or flow management. Your good adaptation skills and responsiveness, together with your interpersonal skills will help you in the performance of your mission.
