A propos de l'offre:
CARMILA est une foncière qui dispose de près de 130 centres commerciaux en
France, attenants aux hypermarchés Carrefour.
La Direction des Boutiques Éphémères commercialise des cellules sur des durées
courtes (de 1 jour à 36 mois), afin d’implanter au sein de nos centres une offre
commerciale additionnelle et de nouveaux concepts. Nous en ouvrons plus de 200 par
an.
Une conviction nous anime : le pop-up store est un outil de découverte, de test,
d’expérience et de renouveau du retail.
La Direction des Boutiques Ephémères est à la recherche d’un.e chargé de
communication & business development en alternance pour rejoindre l’équipe
commerciale et développer son activité.

Vos missions

Communication:

- Réseaux sociaux boutique éphémère : Assurer la mise-à-jour du

compte Instagram du service boutiques éphémères et être force de

proposition pour augmenter sa visibilité BtoB. Création de la stratégie de

contenu, suivi du calendrier éditorial et créations visuelles (Réels,

photos )
- Réseaux sociaux locaux : Assurer la bonne réalisation des

communications des centres commerciaux en local pour des ventes et

boutiques éphémères. Rôle de coordination avec les acteurs locaux.
- Supports photos et vidéos : Assurer la commande de vidéos et photos

auprès d’un professionnel. Réalisation d’un brief, pertinence des visuels et

retours vidéo.
- Création d’outils de communication : Élaboration de présentations

commerciales slides pour présenter le service et les offres proposées,

création de supports de prospection originaux, proposition de nouveaux

outils.

Business Development:

- Identification et sourcing de nouveaux clients : Téléphone, online et

terrain
- Veille concurrentielle du marché des pop-up stores et boutiques

éphémères : Nouveaux concepts, nouvelles tendances
- Création des outils de commercialisation : Présentation des

emplacements, annonces en lignes et autres moyens utilisés
- Aide à la commercialisation auprès des équipes boutiques et ventes

éphémères : Réflexion stratégique, création de proposition commerciale,

rédaction du bail (semi-automatique)
- Relation client : Une fois le pop-up store confirmé, s’assurer de la bonne

mise en place de la vente et faire le suivi client sur place ou à distance.

En autonomie, avoir la responsabilité du projet.

Formation:
De formation IUT ou École de communication ou École de Commerce ou (bac + 3

minimum), tu recherches une alternance (Possibilité d’un contrat d’1 an ou 2 ans

suivant le profil).

Connaissances et compétences:

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques Google (slides, sheets, docs )
- Maîtrise de Canva
- Bonne capacité rédactionnelle et maîtrise de l’orthographe
- Maîtrise du réseau social Instagram (La connaissance de la sponsorisation est

un plus)
- Aptitudes commerciales et appétence pour le nouveau business
- Bon sens du relationnel (face à face et téléphonique)
- Etre enthousiaste, dynamique et persévérant
- Sens du travail en équipe
- Etre force de proposition et de conviction
- Appétence pour le monde du retail et l’événementiel
