Accountant

As our new Accountant based fulltime from our Illkirch office near Strasbourg, France, you will secure a smooth and seamless process for all accounting tasks. In this challenging role, you work closely with the different internal departments, as well as with international colleagues and external partners. You will be mainly responsible for the German daughter
- and sister companies in Poland, the Czech Republic and Dubai.

**What you'll do**:

- You deal professionally with invoices and transactions
- You optimize the details approving processes and make sure that all steps are followed according to the necessary requirements and directives
- You coordinate the global inter company invoices/transactions
- You create and support locally in other financial matters
- You participate in the alignment of the Cash Pool
- You have full overview over the company's tax payments

**What you'll bring**:

- A completed education Financial Accountant or Tax Specialist is mandatory to be successful in this role. An additional finance degree is advantageous
- Several years of work experience in accounting, ideally in an international manufacturing environment
- Due to this international role, we require fluency in English and ideally good German skills
- Experience with ERP-Systems (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards), and good MS-Office skills
- You are driven by an independent, reliable and systematic work attitude and have a good eye for detail
