**Position Overview**:

FlexAI is seeking an exceptional Agile Program Manager to spearhead the alignment of software timelines for our groundbreaking AI product. This is a pivotal role based in Paris, France, with the opportunity to collaborate closely with talented teams in Bangalore and Silicon Valley.

- Own the SW program roadmap for the core AI product, ensuring seamless synchronization between software and hardware development efforts across three locations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact timeline alignment, developing and implementing effective contingency plans.
- Champion Agile best practices across all teams, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between geographically dispersed teams, bridging technical and cultural divides.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives.
- Manage dependencies and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and assets across the program.
- Monitor progress and identify roadblocks, proactively taking steps to keep the program on track and delivering value.
- Collaborate with product, engineers, and other technical leaders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, driving continuous improvement within the program.
- Represent the program in cross-functional meetings and forums, articulating its progress and challenges to key stakeholders.

**You'll thrive with us if you have these elements**:

- A seasoned Agile practitioner with 5+ years of experience leading complex SW programs in a global environment.
- Proven ability to manage and synchronize cross-functional teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones.
- Deep understanding of software and hardware development lifecycles, ideally with experience in AI or related domains.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
