- Maison du Monde recrute un(e) assistant(e) Account manager en stage-
- Suivi qualité des vendeurs (S'assurer du respect des principaux indicateurs de performances des vendeurs, rappel des conditions aux vendeurs)- Résolution des litiges (Entre les clients et les vendeurs, s'assurer de la gestion des incidents par le vendeur)- Suivi administratif des vendeurs (Changement de RIB, KYC, demande de modification des pages vendeurs ect..)- Gestion du catalogue vendeur (Sélection et Mis-à-jour des catalogues des vendeurs, suivi des demandes de modifications)- Suivi du content - Relance des vendeurs pour assurer la modification des fiches produits- Aider au suivi de l'animation commerciale (Analyse des performances, mis à jour des fichiers)- Reporting et analyse des résultats
Actuellement en formation niveau Bac +4/+5, école de commerce ou d’ingénieur de premier plan, ou équivalent universitaire.
Vous avez une 1ère expérience réussie dans le e-commerce ou dans un environnement avec un fort aspect commercial.
Une connaissance du milieu marketplace sera un plus.
Doté d’un bon relationnel, d’un esprit d’analyse, vous êtes force de proposition et capable de travailler sur des projets transverses et multiples.
Une appétence pour l’univers de la déco est un réel plus.
