**EPIROC SENA RECRUITS A REGIONAL BUSINESS LINE MANAGER**
**PARTS AND SERVICE DIVISION MINING EQUIPMENTS**
To further develop Epiroc SENA region (South Europe and North Africa), we are looking for a talented Regional Business Line Manager to develop Parts & Service Division in the segments we operate, being recognized as a market leader.
PSD Division is providing a broad service offering for drilling / mining equipments (replacement parts and kits, service agreements and audits, training, telematics solutions, midlife services ) to its market (mining, construction), in order to maximize customers’ productivity.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager SENA, the RBLM is a key player within the organization and part of SENA management. he/she is in charge for the development and achievements of long-term Divisional goal in the assigned territories such as: Italy, France, Belgium, Greece, Israel, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya.
**MAIN MISSION**:
- To develop a strategy and follow up actions, carried out through the different Customer Centers in the region to achieve the commercial performance and profitability set out in targets and validated by the Regional General Manager.
- To ensure close cross-functional collaboration with the Business managers CC team(s) to implement efficient and customer-oriented process focused on the achievement of superior sales performances and market share.
- To partner with the CC team(s) to make sure we have excellent territory management with the objective to give all products, solutions, and divisions their best chance in the market.
- To participate actively in developing marketing and product strategies together with local Business Managers, as well as be an important input source for product development and acquisition proposals. You must always promote close cooperation with other divisions to achieve the best results for Epiroc.
- To develop and implement product and solutions communications for your region to secure we are perceived as technology leader and preferred partner.
- To monitor monthly financial performance and suggest to CC’s corrective actions when needed.
- To assist, support, and advise local Business Managers in the creation of their action plan, its implementation, and the development of their activities to reach the goal settled.
- To ensure continuous development of the markets within the region/segments/products with efficient use of Business Partnership management always in close collaboration of local operation managers.
- Own your numbers - ensure you have confidence and controls in place around your reporting of regional performance figures, be accountable for the development of those figures, including Orders Lost, Business Cooking, all forecasting
- Work together with the CC teams to execute excellent Business Review Meetings with division, collaboratively
- Make sure to have an efficient working capital management (rental, inventory, and receivables) within the region (all CCs) and that we have the right products in stock to minimize stock days, yet not lose deals
- Ensure through partnership with the Regional Branding & Communications the availability of marketing material for the promotion of relevant products to support brand and product visibility.
- To develop your regional business to the next level, where customer focus, agility and efficiency are the leading words.
**EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong managerial skills and technical knowledge.
- Considerable experience in a Sales company, in Sales and Marketing related roles
- Significant experience within the construction and mining or related industries.
- Proven experience of customers and sales channel management and IDS
- Experience in providing solutions to customers
- 5 years’ experience in comparable position
- Excellent command of English written and oral
- Knowledge of French or Italian language both written and oral are a strong asset
- Good computer and presentation skills
- Business financial knowledge
**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- University Degree or similar through experience
- Commercial or business acumen is an advantage
**PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Open minded and determination to achieve goals
- Good communication skills
- Leadership and ability to coordinate and motivate people
- Self-motivated, energetic with a high level of responsibility and loyalty
- Team Player
- Willingness to travel and develop relationships
**PLACE OF WORK**:
The position will be based in any Epiroc offices within SENA area (France, Italy, Morocco, Greece), frequent travels throughout the territories are inherent to the position as well as one-off trips abroad (valid light vehicle driving license is a prerequisite).
