Au sein du département Middle Office dont la mission est de contribuer à la gestion des offres internationales, votre principale responsabilité est la coordination des appels d'offres transports de nos clients grands comptes (fret aérien/maritime).
- Missions principales:

- Rattaché(e) au Responsable Tender Desk Global et au sein d'une équipe de 4 personnes, vous serez en charge de:
- Préparer et développer des réponses aux RFP (Requests for Proposal) en collaboration avec le Front Office, les équipes procurement ainsi que les Tender desks des autres zones.
- Analyser les éléments de l'offre afin de lui donner corps et, tout en tenant compte des processus internes, d'apporter une solution personnalisée au client.
- Identifier et gérer les risques associés à l'offre.
- S'assurer que toutes les informations nécessaires aux Offres soient collectées.
- La planification et la coordination du processus de soumission afin que le cadre dans lequel les résultats souhaités soient atteints.
- Coordonner la tenue et le développement de la bibliothèque d'offres.
- Agir comme Point de contact pour toute question interne relative au statut des négociations de contrats.
- S'assurer que les différentes procédures soient respectées lors de la rédaction des offres et que les informations disponibles dans les divers systèmes soient maintenues à jour.
- Établir le bid planning : définir toutes les activités à exécuter dans le cadre de la préparation des offres complexes et en assurer la communication.
- Suivi des scoring, post mortem.

Profil

Diplômé d'un BAC+3/5, vous avez une première expérience en commission de transport et une bonne connaissance des métiers aérien/maritime est nécessaire.
Vous maîtrisez les outils SI classiques, notamment Excel (recherche V ; index ; equiv).
L'anglais à un niveau courant est requis.
Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, gestion du temps et du stress et avez le sens du service aux clients.
