Culture et Formation est une école d'enseignement privée à distance à caractère familial, spécialisée dans la vente de formations professionnelles à distance.

Nous accompagnons nos élèves dans leurs projets professionnels dans différents secteurs d'activités : paramédical, petite enfance, social, beauté, santé animale et fonction publique.

Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons d’un apprenti(e) Community Manager (débutant/junior) afin de renforcer le pôle Social Media de notre service Communication et Marketing.

**MISSIONS**

Rattaché-e et accompagné-e de la Social Media Manager, vous serez en contact direct avec nos prospects et client-es, véritable porte-parole de notre école. Au coeur de la satisfaction de nos client-es, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- animer les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube) de Culture et Formation afin de développer leur visibilité et leur notoriété ;
- interagir avec les communautés de Culture et Formation en répondant aux messages, commentaires et conversations dans le but d’accroitre la communauté et créer de l’engagement ;
- coordonner la relation entre les différents services clientèle et les clients/prospects ;
- mettre en oeuvre une stratégie éditoriale dédiée aux réseaux sociaux de Culture et Formation ;
- rédiger des contenus à destination des réseaux sociaux et du web (posts, articles, etc.) ;
- créer du contenu graphique, photo et vidéo dans différents formats ;
- réaliser ponctuellement des portraits d'équipe, de clients, reportages photos, mini vidéos... ;
- définir et analyser les indicateurs permettant de suivre la vie des communautés de Culture et Formation ;
- partager les bonnes pratiques des réseaux sociaux au sein de l’équipe ;
- réaliser une veille active sur les réseaux : actualités, environnement, concurrents, benchmark, retours clients ou prospects).

**PROFIL**

En formation dans le secteur de la communication, vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans la gestion sociale media (stage...). Au-delà des compétences et des connaissances, nous sommes à la recherche d’un apprenti(e):

- passionné(e) par les réseaux sociaux ;
- capable de comprendre l'esprit et la vision de Culture et Formation sur les réseaux sociaux ;
- organisé, autonome, force de proposition et volontaire ;
- irréprochable en orthographe et reconnu ses qualités rédactionnelles ;
- diplomate et réactif, vous entretenez une bonne relation avec les clients et savez garder votre sang froid en toute circonstance ;
- Sens de l’écoute
- Sens de la communication
- Être force de proposition et aimer créer du contenu
- ayant une première expérience dans le Community Management.

- Une fibre commerciale et un sens de la relation clients
- Une nature créative et une connaissance d’outils basiques comme Canva
- Une première expérience auprès d’un organisme de formation serait appréciée fortement appréciée
- Un rythme d’apprentissage appréciée : entre 3 et 4 jours en entreprise par semaine
