Dans ce rôle, vous devrez:
- Assurer un bon niveau de prestation de services, de cohérence, d'amélioration continue.
- Assurer la formation des membres de l'équipe afin d'atteindre une forte cohérence des produits livrés et être à même de fournir le service demnadé à l'échelle mondiale.
- Assurer une automatisation suffisante de l'offre de service (i.e. piloter la conception et le déploiement du workflow de service, piloter la conception et le déploiement de l'intégration de la gestion des tâches sur le backend,...)
- Collaborer et soutenir la pratique de la sécurité du Groupe. Interactions avec le CSO d'AXA Partners, présence, qualité et efficacité des processus et des contrôles.
- Mettre en œuvre l'amélioration continue des processus et des activités (i.e. bonnes pratiques, reporting, résolution de problèmes) afin d'assurer la qualité et la pertinence des services de sécurité de l'information.
- Affaires, communication et marketing autour du catalogue de sécurité du SGC
- Assurer la formalisation de l'offre de services (carte d'identité du service, processus, guides de l'utilisateur, meilleures pratiques)
- Veiller à ce que les parties prenantes soient suffisamment sensibilisées
- Soutenir le déploiement du catalogue de sécurité du Global Security Center à l'échelle mondiale.
- Activités de reporting et de suivi
- Assurer la production de KPI et KRI pertinents
- Suivre toutes les demandes et rendre compte régulièrement de l'état des demandes et des mises à jour. Gérer toutes les escalades potentielles liées au service
**Votre Profil**
- Etudes en informatique, en systèmes d'information de gestion, en sécurité de l'information ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Certifications ISACA, SANS/GIAC ou CISSP de préférence. Une certification délivrée par un fournisseur est un plus.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable de la sécurité, gestionnaire des risques ou consultant en sécurité dans un contexte international.
- Solide connaissance des risques et des stratégies d'atténuation des risques.
- Capacité à fournir un travail avec un minimum de supervision et à travailler efficacement au sein d'une organisation internationale.
- Expérience de formation et sensibilisation à la sécurité de l'information.
- Connaissance des lois, des règlements et des normes qui régissent les pratiques et les cadres de sécurité de l'information, tels que ISO, NIST, SANS, CSC, LPM, NY DFS, etc.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral, ce sera la principale langue de travail).
- Capacité avérée à gérer de multiples tâches avec des échéances et des priorités changeantes sous une supervision limitée.
- Capacité à interagir efficacement, en interne et en externe, avec tous les niveaux de l'entreprise, y compris la direction générale (capacité à traduire les risques informatiques et SI en risques commerciaux).
