Objectives:
The Global HR Engagement Intern is a key support to the Global Talent Management function taking ownership for the excellent delivery of various employee engagement and talent & development initiatives across the world. This individual will be a key partner to the Global Talent Management team to drive change, engagement and continuous improvement to the engagement and talent management processes.
You will have the following key missions:
Under the supervision of the Global HR Engagement Manager, and potentially contributing to other Global Talent Management (GTM) workstreams, your core focus will be the following:
Engagement:
- Support project team and affiliates with design, coordination, implementation, communication on all global employee surveys (Yearly feedback survey ISay, Onboarding, Exit, Wellbeing and other ad-hoc surveys ). Point of contact for local HR teams around the globe for survey coordination and communication, including survey deployment, analysis of results, facilitation of live training sessions.
- Support post-survey actions to maximize impact and drive increased employee engagement, and become expert in the tool able to support affiliates with questions
- Support coordination of Global HR social channels, i.e. LinkedIn recruiter license management and analytics with affiliates / agency as needed
- Contribute to enhancement of internal communication tools and content (i.e. employee and HR intranets, Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams)
Talent Management & Development:
- Project Horizons (careers and skills management approach): support on project coordination, change management, other support activities on demand
You have the following skills and experience:
- 1st experience in an employee engagement or project management (ideally HR) role
- Project Management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, remains flexible in a demanding work environment, and adapts to rapidly changing priorities
- Strong planning skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and capacity to adapt to different situations
- Positive can-do attitude
- Customer and employee centric
- Results oriented with creativity to find and implement unique solutions, innovative, problem solving skills,
- Service oriented team player with strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills is a plus
- Experience with employee engagement surveys a plus; interest in HR technologies
- Fluent in English: speaking, reading and writing a must.
