**About the job**

Sales are the architects of growth at OVRSEA: they build lasting business relationships with our customers — importing or exporting companies located in more than 60 countries worldwide.
- In a conservative market, the mission of our Sales Team is to communicate the value, intuitiveness, and service levels of our tools and our operations team.
- Disrupting the traditional world of international transportation is not always easy, but the impact on our customers is impressive, with a real positive effect on their daily operations.

**What does it mean to be an Account Executive at OVRSEA?**

The Account Executive & Account Management team is divided into two sub-teams: Core and Key accounts. As an Account Executive, you will report to one of these teams, contributing to the overall growth and success of our clients' portfolios and business.
- As an integral part of our sales force, you will conduct product demos, negotiate effectively, close deals, and ultimately create optimal conditions for clients to achieve full potential.
- The AE role is pivotal in driving the growth of OVRSEA. You will be a key player in our journey of success

This position is based in Paris in France (remote friendly policy).

**Your missions**:

- **Conduct engaging and informative product demos**: Utilize various strategies and tailor presentations to address specific needs and pain points of prospects, and to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
- **Deal negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations with clients and close deals in a timely and efficient manner, exceeding set targets.
- **Onboarding**:Work closely with the Operations teams to ensure seamless integration for new clients. Identify "champions" within the acquired client portfolio and concentrate efforts to maximize impact.
- **Nurturing**: Over a 9-month period, focus on reaching predefined volume targets for accounts and drive the growth client accounts.
- **Reporting and Collaboration**:Report progress and insights regularly to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product developments and address client needs.

**Sales challenges for 2024**
- Continue our growth, increasing our turnover and hiring more talented people.
- Support our strategy to go upmarket and help us improve our penetration on top segments of the market.
- Acquire MidCaps, Enterprise clients, and key account customers across new verticals (food, pharma etc.).
- Build and manage a client base with an international reach. We have strong retention. Acquisition and upsell are key challenges in 2024.

**Are you the one?**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business sense and ability to understand client’s needs, with negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- A proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in client acquisition, would be a great plus. We are open to profiles with diversified background (real estate, consulting etc.).
